Features and benefits

1. Washer head with TX socket

Increases the pressure surface, ensuring high pull-through resistance. Guarantees optimal torque transfer.

2. Countersinking cutter

Reduces the torque required for screwdriving by widening the hole in the fastened element.

3. Milling tip/ cutting notches

The special shape of the milling tip means 20% less resistance when screwing, which extends the life of the battery and the tools themselves. Cutting notches on the thread cut the fibers of the wood structure during screwdriving.

4. Double thread

Additional threads on the tip facilitate screwing - they allow for faster "gripping" of the wood with less pressure.

5. High torque

Allows you to screw in screws without pre-drilling in hard types of wood.

6. Wax coating

Thanks to the special wax coating applied during the production process, the screwing torque is significantly reduced. This makes assembly faster, easier and reduces energy consumption in battery-powered tools.

The innovative change in the screw design is intended to further improve its assembly properties, in particular, easier initiation of screwing into the material and reduced resistance, thanks to which assembly is faster and the tools are less exploited.

Double thread - faster installation

1. Before installation, select the appropriate screw length depending on the thickness of the elements being fastened and the minimum anchorage depth.

2. The wooden elements being connected should be free of defects (knots, cracks, discoloration, rot, mechanical damage), as this reduces their strength.

3. The screws should be installed using a screwdriver and an appropriate TX-type bit.

4. The screws can be screwed directly into the wooden substrate without pre-drilling holes or in pre-drilled holes, which reduces the risk of cracking small elements.

5. The diameter of the pre-drilled holes should not be larger than the internal diameter of the thread.

6. The minimum spacing between screws and the distance from the edge should be observed. (declaration of performance).
