Made of profiled aluminum sheet, PP non-woven fabric and butyl tape.

Used as a ventilation and sealing element for horizontal and sloping ridges. Protects the roof surface against the penetration of snow, rain, moisture, dust and dirt blown from the ridge side.

Thanks to the varied tape width from 240 to 310 mm and the self-adhesive butyl tape, it is suitable for use under almost all types of roof coverings – ceramic roof tiles, concrete roof tiles, metal roof tiles, trapezoidal sheets, profiled aluminum sheets, etc.

For approximately 24 hours before applying the tape, it should be stored at room temperature (from 5 °C to 25 °C).

The temperature during application of the tape should be above 5 °C (recommended above 10 °C). The surface to which the tape is to be attached should be dry and free of dust and grease.

The tape is placed on the ridge batten, under the ridge tile. Before installation, properly clean and dry the roofing to which the tape is to be attached.

Before use, peel off the butyl protective liner. Form the pleated sides of the tape to the shape of the roof tile/metal roofing tile.
