Door frame screws with cylinder head and TORX socket
7.5x42 mm, 200 pcs.
The screws are made of carbon steel covered with a protective layer of zinc. The screws consist of a threaded part along the entire length and a cylindrical head.
Screws with cylindrical head are suitable for fastening wooden door frames due to their complete penetration into the wood.

Original product of the renowned brand Klimas Wkręt-met®
1. TX socket and cylinder head
Ensures excellent tip retention in the socket, which translates into appropriate torque transfer (no bit popping out effect). The head shape ensures proper recessing in the window or door frame.
2. Full thread and quick installation that does not generate expansion stresses
Thanks to the thread along the entire length of the screw, the frame is held in a fixed position while maintaining the distance. The technique of screwing directly into a prepared pre-drilled hole makes installation twice as fast as traditional expansion anchors.
The lack of expansion stress means it can be used close to edges.
3. Double thread winding
Ensures excellent screw extraction and proper removal of drilled material.
4. Spiral thread cuts
Additional spiral thread cuts facilitate insertion of the screw into the prepared pilot hole and ensure proper removal of the spoil.
• The technique of screwing directly into the substrate makes installation twice as fast as traditional expansion anchors.
• The screw does not generate expansion stress, so it can be used close to the edge.
• Thanks to the thread along the entire length of the screw, the door frame or batten is held in a fixed position while maintaining the distance.
• The screw can be easily removed without leaving any parts in the substrate.
Substrates and example applications
A. Plain concrete
B. Solid ceramic brick
C. Aerated concrete
D. Wood and wood-like materials
1. Mounting PVC window or door frames to concrete, masonry or wood.
2. Also suitable for connecting wooden structures.
These are only example applications.

• Hardened screws for door frames have the National Technical Assessment: ITB-KOT-2017/0308
The screws we offer are characterized by the highest quality and can be safely used in construction. We make every effort to ensure that the products delivered to our contractors are safe and adapted to specific tasks.
• Before installation, identify the substrate in which the screw will be installed and compare the loads that the screw will transfer with the load-bearing capacities specified in the Safety Data Sheet or in the National Technical Assessment.
• Select the appropriate screw length depending on the thickness of the elements being fastened.
• Use the correct drilling method depending on the type of substrate (holes in aerated concrete masonry should be drilled with a drill without impact).
• The diameter of the hole/drill should be 6 mm.
• Holes in substrates made of solid materials should be min. 10 mm from the screw embedment depth.
• Holes in solid materials should be cleaned of drill cuttings by moving the drill back and forth at reduced speed.
• The screw is secured by screwing in the screw using a screwdriver with the appropriate tip (TORX-30).
KLIMAS screws - the most common choice of professionals
• in the length range: 42-212 mm,
• versions with a countersunk head (better suited for mounting plastic door frames due to the larger head pressure surface),
• versions with a cylindrical head (better suited for mounting wooden door frames due to the smaller head surface, which allows the screw to be completely countersunk).
