The way assembly

• Before Before performing the installation, the substrate in which the connector will be installed should be identified and the loads that the connector will transfer should be compared with the load-bearing capacities specified in the National Technical Assessment.

• The appropriate length of the connector (screw + sleeve) should be selected, depending on the thickness of the elements being fastened.

• The drilling method is supervised (holes in masonry substrates made of perforated elements or aerated concrete should be drilled with a rotary drill without impact).

• The diameter of the drilled holes should be consistent with the diameter of the fasteners used.

• Holes in solid material substrates should be approximately 10 mm deeper than the anchorage depth of the fastener.

• Holes in solid materials should be cleaned of drill cuttings by using a reciprocating drill at reduced speed.

• Then a plastic sleeve is inserted into the hole and the screw is screwed in through the fastener until it penetrates the T-shirt (pre-assembly).
