Self-drilling screws for fastening wooden elements to steel structures
6.3x50 mm, 250 pcs.
The screw is made of surface-hardened carbon steel with a zinc coating. They have a countersunk head that allows the screw to be flush with the surface of the fastened element, and the drilling tip allows for drilling through both wooden and metal elements.
The screws have been designed specifically for direct fastening of wood to steel substrates.

Features and benefits
1. Countersunk head, TX socket
Allows the screw to be flush with the plane of the fastened wooden element. The TX socket guarantees optimal torque transfer.
2. Self-drilling tip
The ability to drill through a wooden and metal element in one operation reduces installation time.
3. Steel projections
4. Anti-corrosion coating - electrogalvanized
Min. 12 μm galvanically applied zinc coating guarantees high corrosion resistance.
Substrate and example applications
A. Steel profiles ≤ 6 mm thick
1. Direct fastening of wood to metal (e.g. wooden battens to a steel structure)
This is only an example application.

The screws we offer are characterized by the highest quality and can be used without any worries in construction. We make every effort to ensure that the products delivered to our contractors are safe and adapted to specific tasks.
• Before starting the installation, the substrate, its thickness, and environmental conditions (expressed in terms of corrosivity) should be identified, and then screws that meet the above criteria should be selected.
• The screw type, length, and drilling capacity should be selected correctly, depending on the thickness of the steel substrate and the thickness of the element being installed.
• The drilling capacity for each screw is given in the dedicated Technical Data Sheet and in the National Technical Assessment.
• The optimal speed should be set during screwing (max.
• The screws should always be installed perpendicular to the substrate surface.
