The meter is designed based on an intelligent microprocessor, thanks to which it has high accuracy, reliability and is easy to use.

The presented device allows checking the parameters of RCD differential circuit breakers. In particular, the RCD response time after which the voltage is disconnected at a given current value.

AUTO RAMP function allows testing of response time and current value. Based on the display, it allows you to check whether the wiring is correct, and after the test is completed, the measurement results are automatically displayed on the screen.

It also has 0° phase and 180° options, which allow you to check the fastest tripping time. The "OL" symbol is displayed when the range is exceeded. The instrument is equipped with safety protection using fuses and also meets CAT III 300V safety standards.

✅ APPLICATION OF THE TESTER CIRCUIT BREAKERS

The tester is used in, among others, energy, manufacturing, metallurgy, chemical industry, servicing of electrical installations at home and other industries.

It is ideal for production processes, installation service, inspection and maintenance of protective and surge circuit breakers.

✅ FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS OF THE RCD METER:

• The device is dedicated only and exclusively for single-phase power supply 230V/50Hz

• Wiring Check: The LEDs indicate correct connection. If the two green LEDs P-E and P-N are lit and the red LED is not lit, then the connection is correct - the test can only be started if the wiring is correct.

• Phase Angle Selection: You can choose to start the test from a positive value (0°) or from a negative half cycle (180°).

• The "OL" symbol is displayed when the range is exceeded. However, when the test trigger operation time exceeds the maximum test time, the screen will display the symbol "OL mS".

• Automatic data storage: After the test is completed, the displayed measurement results are held for a specified period of time.

• AUTO RAMP test: allows testing the response time and current values.

• Alarm activation function: after 3 minutes of operation, the device will sound an audible signal.

• Built-in FUSE safety protection;

• Power supply: directly powered by the circuit under test (230V / 50Hz power supply);
