Measuring infrared radiation emitted by the body. The device is designed to measure human body temperature in the temperature range 32°C~43°C, it also allows you to measure the temperature of other objects in the temperature range 0°C~100°C. Body temperature is best measured on the forehead.

The thermometer is equipped with a three-color backlit display. The backlight color indicates whether the body temperature is correct, whether a subfebrile state has occurred, or a fever has occurred.
