The modern far infrared heating method (FIR) is based on radiant energy, which travels in the form of electromagnetic waves invisible to the eye.

Radiation directly affects solid bodies, i.e. people, animals and objects, so we do not have to wait for the air in the room to heat up, as in the case of traditional heating, and we can almost immediately feel a pleasant warmth, just like the one we feel in the air.
