Applications of EASY LINE compressed air preparation blocks

EASY LINE compressed air preparation blocks (2-piece) are elements for preparing the working medium. They consist of an EASY LINE filter-reducer and an EASY LINE lubricator combined into a single element.

They are found in supply and control systems in all industries. They are used in pneumatic systems to achieve the appropriate air purity and output pressure setting, as well as to introduce oil mist into pneumatic lines.

EASY LINE compressed air filter-regulators filter the working medium and maintain the set output pressure, regardless of fluctuations in the input pressure. When the output pressure exceeds the set value (e.g., due to external factors or actuator damage), the EASY LINE compressed air filter-regulator vents the system and continues to maintain the set output pressure.

Pressure adjustment in EASY LINE compressed air filter-regulators is performed manually using a knob. The installed EASY LINE compressed air lubricator (adjustable drip rate) injects oil mist into the pneumatic lines to lubricate the moving parts of the pneumatic components and their seals.

The tanks of the EASY LINE compressed air preparation block elements are protected against damage by a metal cover.
