PA6-G MOS2 – CAST POLYAMIDE / BLACK COLOR This material is created by adding the lubricant MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) to the basic form of the material. The additive increases the abrasion resistance and improves the sliding properties of the polyamide.

At the same time, the impact strength and fatigue strength of the material remain high.

PA6-G + OIL – CAST POLYAMIDE FILLED WITH LUBRICANT / COLOR: YELLOW, GREEN, BLACK, RED, BLUE This material was specifically designed for use as moving machine parts not subject to lubrication. The lubricant used here (mineral oil or grease – depending on color) significantly reduces the coefficient of friction compared to the basic PA6-G form.

Abrasion resistance is also significantly improved. Typical applications for this material include plain bearings, bushings, sliding inserts, and chain guides. In addition, gears and sprockets, chain wheels and pulleys.
