Minwax Tung Oil Finish – oil-based wood finish based on tung oil
Minwax Tung Oil Finish is a colorless oil-resin preparation for protecting interior wood. It penetrates deep into the wood pores, highlights the natural grain and creates a durable finish with an elegant, hand-rubbed gloss effect.
The product works particularly well on refinished wood. It helps refresh dry, dull surfaces and restore their depth of color. The hardened layer provides protection against water, stains, abrasion, and wear, and its subsequent maintenance is easy - the wood's appearance can be restored by applying another layer of the preparation.

The preparation is intended for finishing wooden elements used indoors, such as:
• tables, chairs, chests of drawers and other furniture,
• wooden countertops and shelves,
• doors, strips and finishing elements,
• decorations and objects made of wood,
• surfaces made of raw or previously stained wood stained,
• wooden elements undergoing renovation.
The product is not intended for floors or surfaces used outdoors.
How to use
1. The surface should be clean, dry and free of dust, grease, wax and old, flaking coatings.
2. Sand raw or renovated wood thoroughly in the direction of the grain and then remove the dust.
3. Mix the preparation thoroughly before starting work. Do not shake the container.
4. Apply an even coat using a clean, lint-free cloth or a good quality brush.
5. Leave the product on the surface for approximately 5-10 minutes to penetrate the pores of the wood.
6. Carefully wipe off any excess with a clean cloth, working in the direction of the grain. Do not leave any unwiped product on the surface.
7. Leave the wood to dry for 24 hours.
8. For greater protection and a deeper shine, apply a second coat. Additional layers can be applied depending on the desired effect.
9. In the future, the surface can be refreshed by applying another layer to clean, dry wood.
Drying time may be extended at low temperatures, high humidity or limited ventilation.

Important Safety Information
This product contains solvents and is flammable. Use with adequate ventilation, away from heat, sparks, and open flames.
Cloths soaked in the preparation may spontaneously combust. Immediately after use, place them in a tightly closed metal container filled with water and dispose of according to local regulations. Keep out of the reach of children.
