Minwax WHITE TINT BASE 946ml WHITE

Minwax® Water Based Wood Stain 946ml is a quick and easy way to add the desired color to unfinished wood. It comes in traditional wood colors and modern decorative colors.

It dries quickly, is virtually odorless, and can be easily washed off with soap and water. When used with Minwax® Water-Based Pre-Stain Conditioner, it delivers rich, deep, and durable color.

Minwax® Water-Based Wood Stain is not recommended for use on large surfaces such as floors.

Minwax® Water-Based Wood Stain 946 ml:

1. Sand the wood in the direction of the grain, first using 120-grit sandpaper, then finishing with 220-grit sandpaper.

2. Apply Minwax® Water-Based Pre-Stain Wood Conditioner and allow it to penetrate for 1 to 5 minutes. Remove any excess with a cloth.

3. For best results, wait 15-30 minutes before sanding the wood with fine-grit sandpaper to smooth out any remaining imperfections. Remove any remaining dust.

Minwax® Water-Based Wood Stain 946 ml:

1. Apply the stain in the direction of the grain with a brush or cloth.

2. Allow the stain to penetrate the wood for 5-15 minutes to achieve the desired color.

3. Remove any excess stain with a clean cloth. Wipe in the direction of the grain, blending light and dark areas to achieve a uniform color.

4. To darken the color, apply another coat after 4-6 hours in the same direction as the first coat.

5. Drying time may be extended by increased humidity, low temperatures, and insufficient ventilation.

1. Allow the stain to dry for at least 3 hours before applying varnish. For a durable, clean, and very fast-drying finish, we recommend using Minwax® Polycrylic® Protective Finish.

Minwax® Fast-Drying Polyurethane or Minwax® Wipe-On Poly can also be used over water-based stains.

• Tools Used: Synthetic brush, cloth, or foam applicator.

• Application: Interior wood surfaces.

• Drying Time: 3 hours.

• Cleanup: Soap and water.

• Coverage: 9 square meters per liter.

• Number of coats: Standard 1. A larger amount can be used to obtain a richer color.
