Shipping carrier: Hanjin Transportation.

Shipping fee: KRW 2,500; free shipping for orders of KRW 70,000 or more.

Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. As products are not stocked in advance, delivery generally takes 1–4 days from the day after the order date, excluding weekends.

If shipping is delayed for more than 4 days from the day after the order date, an individual delivery schedule will be provided by KakaoTalk and text message.

Delays of 1–3 days from the order date, excluding weekends, are not notified separately. If you need the product urgently, please inquire about the delivery schedule on the bulletin board before ordering.

If a return is requested because the product was not delivered on the desired date, the KRW 5,000 round-trip shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

If no cancellation request is submitted separately, you will be considered to have agreed to wait for delivery and the product will be shipped. Please cancel in advance before shipment.

Orders placed between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. may be shipped the same day if stock is available. Please order carefully.

[Order Cancellation and Changes]

Order cancellations and shipping address changes must be requested before 3:00 p.m.

For cancellations after 3:00 p.m., if shipping has begun, the KRW 5,000 round-trip shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

For color or option changes, cancel the order and place a new order. Due to system limitations, the customer’s options cannot be changed manually.

[Returns and Exchanges]

Return and exchange carrier: Hanjin Transportation.

For exchanges, provide detailed information about the reason on the bulletin board for quick and accurate processing.

For exchanges or returns due to defects, send photos of the defective area after delivery is completed so that we can verify the issue and provide instructions.

Check for defects before wearing the product. Defects found after washing without prior inspection cannot be processed.

For returns, request automatic or manual pickup through Hanjin Transportation. Deducting the round-trip shipping fee from the refund allows faster processing.

Please include any promotional gift received with the return. If it is not included, its value will be deducted from the refund.

If returning directly through another carrier, ship the package prepaid and contact the seller before sending it.

Due to a high number of orders and returns through multiple IDs, use of MIZQZ may be restricted if the number of returns from the same address exceeds 15 items within a three-month period.

Additional return fees may be charged if the number of collected return items is large and the package is oversized or heavy.
