For exchanges or returns, collection will be carried out by the courier designated by the shopping mall. If you send the item separately or use another courier, return shipment, loss, or processing delays may occur. Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
The value of the product has decreased due to use or partial consumption
There are signs of wear, cosmetics, perfume, washing, repairs, stains, or similar damage

Tape or a shipping label has been attached directly to the product box

Exchange or return shipping costs due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection must be paid by the customer.
