Cavern: Cave Farmers is the next-generation farm management game created by the designers of the classic farming game Agricola! Players take on the role of the leader of a small dwarf family living in a tiny cave, and will cut down the forest in front of the cave to dig deeper into the cavern. While considering the amount of ore needed for crafting, players will create living and work rooms inside the cave to make life more convenient. By forging ore into weapons, players can explore further and take more actions. As they dig deeper, they may discover water veins and mineral deposits, which can enrich their lives if found. Players can also farm in front of the cave to improve their livelihood. Clearing forest to create fields, and enclosing grasslands with fences to raise animals are also possible. The player whose home board becomes the most prosperous by the end of the game wins. This is a sandbox-style game where you develop your own board little by little, and watching your board become richer is very enjoyable.
