Made primarily from European calfskin, this high-class leather goods series features a basic design but utilizes advanced sewing techniques. To achieve a sharp and clean look, the corners are sharpened at right angles, and the interior is finished with folded edges. The distinctive edges are created by triple-folding the outer leather edge with another piece of leather, then stitching along the fold. This requires highly skilled techniques for perfectly straight, distortion-free stitching. Furthermore, the color tone and material of the leather used for the triple-folding differ from the main leather, highlighting the edges and increasing their resistance to corner wear. The calfskin used in this series undergoes a traditional four-way kneading process*, giving the leather a unique texture. Unlike embossing, it has a plump, natural grain, resulting in a supple and elegant feel. The zipper is a high-quality Excella zipper, offering a smooth and luxurious feel. [Model number: 17903878]
