Lucky Craft Unfair 63 Slim Max SS Fishing Lure (2692 Amabie)

[Lucky Craft]'s "Unfair" series is a specialized area crankbait designed to truly shine when targeting wary trout, excelling with an ultra-slow retrieve. Its defining characteristic is a slow and wide action that creates the illusion of the lure remaining stationary, combined with an occasional, natural-looking irregular action as it momentarily loses then regains balance. This action, which can be called an “automatic bite chance system,” provides the decisive trigger to activate trout during periods of low activity.

The Unfair is most effective not for all-day use, but as a “trump card” to deploy when trout have become conditioned to other lures or have stopped responding to strong water displacement. Incorporating it into your rotation enhances its impact.

The basic models are the 33F and 35F. The 33F has a characteristic of rising more slowly, allowing you to choose between it and the 35F, which rises faster, depending on the trout’s tracking speed and activity level. Furthermore, the compact 26F is effective in situations where trout are extremely reluctant to bite. Despite its small size, it faithfully reproduces the Unfair’s unique slow action, making it ideal for situations requiring a delicate approach.

If you still can’t get a bite, it’s time for the “Super Slim 50F.” This slim, bent-body 50F allows for a movement that cuts through the water while also providing a tenacious, lingering action. It maintains the trout’s interest even in highly pressured fields.

Also noteworthy is the “long-distance cast” “MAX SS” series. A special design where all the center of gravity except for the magnet is movable enables access to points that were previously unreachable with the conventional Unfair series. The “38 Tsubu MAX SS” boasts approximately 1.5 times the casting distance of a standard size, allowing for expansive exploration with long casts.

Furthermore, the largest size in the series, the “63 Slim MAX SS,” combines long-distance casting with big trout targeting through a wavering retrieve action created by its large body. It excels in spots that were previously inaccessible and when aiming for larger fish.

The strength of the Unfair series lies in its ability to finely adjust models based on the trout’s reaction in any situation. It entices with a slow presentation and triggers bites with an irregular action. This unique personality will be your ultimate weapon for breaking through stubborn conditions.
