Note:
1. When the load changes during work, a cylinder with sufficient output power should be selected;
2. Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, the corresponding high temperature resistant or corrosion resistant cylinder should be selected;
3. In places with high humidity, a lot of dust, or water droplets, oil dust, welding slag, the cylinder should take necessary protective measures;
4. Before the cylinder connects to the pipeline, the internal impurities in the pipeline must be cleared to prevent debris from entering the cylinder;
5. The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered by a filter element above 40μm before being used;
6. In a low temperature environment, measures preventing freezing should be taken to prevent the moisture in the system from freezing;
7. Avoid side load, otherwise the piston will bend, deform and damage the thread at the end. The single acting type cannot be loaded on the return;
8. When the cylinder is removed and not used for a long time, pay attention to rust prevention on the surface, and dustproof clogging cover should be added to the intake and exhaust ports, and pay special attention to the front and rear covers not to be disassembled.
