Product Name: AVIREX × Timex TYPE-25A [Product Details] - This model is based on the "MIDGET" military watch, which Timex manufactured in 1917 at the request of the US military. It was reissued and released as a limited edition in 2017 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the MIDGET. - The original Midget was a pocket watch customized into a wristwatch by adding wire lugs during World War I, making it one of the earliest military watches produced by the US military. - This model is a special limited edition model commemorating AVIREX's 50th anniversary, based on the Timex Midget, which also has ties to the US military, but incorporating AVIREX's unique style throughout. - The dial and hands are based on instruments found in the cockpits of actual US military aircraft, resulting in an easy-to-read and practical design. - It is equipped with Timex's unique Indiglo® night light function, which illuminates the dial when the crown is pressed, allowing you to read the time even in dark places or at night. • The watch comes with a genuine leather NATO-style strap, as well as a pass-through nylon replacement strap, allowing you to easily change it depending on your outfit or mood. • Rounded 38mm The case is made of stainless steel, and the case back, like the dial, features the logos of both brands as proof of the collaboration.
