Rotary Clamping Cylinder Corner Press Rotation Swing Pneumatic Components(ACK63‑90R )

Feature: 1. This is a double‑acting rotary clamping corner press cylinder with an inner Diameter of 63mm and the maximum working pressure reaches 1.0MPa the maximum operating speed can reach 200mm s. 2. The cylinder block is made of aluminum alloy, with high density and high strength, supporting long time and high load work. 3. The inner wall of the cylinder mirror process, the surface is hard oxidized to extend the service life of the cylinder. 4. The hard protective layer is resistant to wear and corrosion and can be used in harsh working environments. 5. The cylinder is small in size and has simple structrue, you can carry it easily and install it in a few minutes. When the cylinder clamps the workpiece, it must be performed within the clamping stroke, and the clamping operation cannot be performed within the rotation stroke. 2. The clamping plane must be perpendicular to the cylinder axis. After the workpiece is clamped, please do not move the workpiece. 3. Before piping the cylinder, the debris in the pipe must be removed to prevent debris from entering the cylinder. 4. The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered by a filter element above 40micrometer‌ before use. 5. When the cylinder is removed and not used for a long time, pay attention to rust prevention on the surface, add dust blocking caps to the intake and exhaust ports, and apply rust prevention oil to the end of the piston rod..
