Cautions

There may be measurement errors based on measurement location, and some down products may appear to lack volume compared to display products due to compression storage in narrow spaces. In such cases, hang the product to restore its volume. Additionally, exchanging or returning is not possible if tags are removed or if the shoe box is damaged.

To request a return or exchange, please note that it is mandatory to provide a video of the unpacking of the package.
