MIG/MAG WELDING - FULL PROCESS CONTROL
SPARTUS EasyMIG 219 Dual Pulse offers synergistic MIG/MAG welding, in which the device automatically selects operating parameters to the selected material, wire diameter, and shielding gas. Additionally, a manual mode is available, enabling full, manual adjustment of welding parameters according to individual user preferences.
Using the Pulse / Dual Pulse mode allows you to precisely control the amount of heat input, ensuring a stable arc, aesthetic weld appearance, and limited spatter – especially when welding aluminum.
At low wire feed speed, the device automatically switches to Cool Pulse , limiting the amount of heat input. This enables stable welding of thin parts with minimal risk of overheating and deformation. The device is equipped with the
2T/4T function allowing you to select one of two microswitch operating modes. Inductance adjustment allows you to precisely shape the arc characteristics, affecting the amount of spatter and smoothness of metal transfer.
Post Gas function ensures the flow of shielding gas after welding, protecting the weld and wire tip from oxidation and improving the quality and aesthetics of the weld finish. Additionally, the device enables cooperation with the
Spool Gun, which further increases work comfort in applications requiring maximum control over wire feed. 4-ROLL FEEDER - STABLE AND PRECISE WIRE FEEDING
4-roll wire feeder ensures even, stable wire feed even with dynamic changes in welding parameters. The use of four pressure rollers translates into better control of the MIG/MAG process and high weld repeatability, which is crucial when working with soft aluminum wires and when welding in Pulse and Dual Pulse modes.
