It is designed to provide backup power for systems using up to 16 IP cameras and other network devices compatible with PoE 802.3at/af or PoE PASSIVE.

The integrated electronic protection independently safeguards the PoE outputs against overloads and short circuits. When a fault is cleared, the affected output can automatically restore power. The system also allows the PoE supply to be switched off individually on ports LAN_1 to LAN_8 using DIP switches.

The kit is suitable for installations requiring increased network throughput, including 4K Ultra HD CCTV systems. The power supply and battery backup support uninterrupted operation during temporary mains power failures, provided that suitable batteries are installed.

Rack enclosure ABOX-R5U0 is made of metal and finished in graphite RAL 7024. Its system mounting perforation enables vertical or horizontal installation of compatible modules in the available mounting area. The enclosure includes rear cable passages, additional cable routing space between the body and front cover, and room for storing spare cable lengths.

The front cover can be fitted and removed without tools. The kit is supplied with an electrical connector and a fuse block, while the enclosure is secured for installation in a 19-inch RACK cabinet using the included M6 screws. The housing measures 440 × 220 × 180 mm, corresponds to 5U, weighs 3.5 kg and has an IP20 protection rating.

Operating conditions include an ambient temperature range of −10°C to +40°C. The system is supplied without batteries; the enclosure provides space for two 12 V, 18 Ah gel or AGM batteries.502.30Atte
