Precautions for Use: I. Product Receipt - Please be sure to check the condition of the product before wearing it upon receipt. (Exchanges or refunds are not possible after the glass seal or stopper has been removed, the buckle has been adjusted, or the watch has been worn.) - Please keep your warranty card, as it is required to receive all services provided by KLASSE14. II. Water Resistance - For the safety and durability of the product, please refrain from wearing it during water-related activities (washing face, showering, sauna, swimming, etc.). If you operate the crown or buttons while the watch is wet, moisture and water may enter the interior, which may cause malfunction. III. Battery - Since the battery may be consumed prematurely for the purpose of verifying functions and performance, it is eligible for free replacement within 2 years from the date of purchase. Therefore, the battery may discharge immediately after purchase, and this does not constitute grounds for exchange or refund. IV. CS (Customer Service) - For watch repairs and other services, please contact the official designated center listed on the warranty card. Please note that malfunctions or defects resulting from repairs performed at unofficial repair shops are not covered under warranty. V. Free Service - Free repair and inspection services are provided for mechanical failures or component defects occurring under normal usage conditions within the warranty period. VI. Paid Service - Even within the warranty period, paid services apply to malfunctions caused by customer negligence (moisture, detachment of hands or dial), external damage (glass, scratches, case or strap breakage, Easy Pin, crown, etc.), disassembly of links during use, and consumable parts. VII. Other Precautions - The watch is designed to withstand only light impacts occurring in daily life. External impacts caused by excessive use are a direct cause of malfunction. - If the battery remains discharged for more than two months, the mercury inside the battery may cause fatal damage to the mechanism. - Storing the watch near magnets or electronic devices affected by magnetic fields (mobile phones, speakers, TVs, etc.) may cause time inaccuracies. - Contact with products containing chemical components (alcohol, gasoline, mercury, sprays, paint, detergents, etc.) may cause discoloration or corrosion to parts such as the watch case and band. - Please refrain from changing the date or day of the week between 9 PM and 3 AM when the date display mechanism is in operation. - For chronograph models, forcibly opening or closing the crown after starting the stopwatch can cause direct damage to the movement. - When using the screw-down crown, unscrew it to remove it, and after adjustment, press down while turning to lock it to prevent damage to the water resistance.
