Brand New and High Quality!
Current Rating:40A / 65A / 100A
Product features:
1. Support 40A/65A/100A three-speed high current to meet the requirements of different power scenarios.Demand
2. No grounding design is needed, only series connection is needed on the positive electrode, which reduces the system complexity.
3. No voltage limit, compatible with mainstream solar panels and battery packs.
4. Prevent backflow and reverse connection, and protect the circuit from reverse current damage.Fast response to reverse polarity within
5.2µs, very fast response.
6. The product has the advantages of small internal resistance, low heating, low loss and high efficiency.
Use must see:
When using, please note that although the module has no direct voltage limit, it has reverse voltage limit. (Guarantee that the reverse voltage is lower than 40V)Because the module does not need to be grounded, it has obvious advantages compared with the module that needs to be grounded. Just connect it directly into the circuit like a diode, and the static working current is 0, but it also has disadvantages. If your product is sensitive to the following items, it is not suitable for this module:
1. It is sensitive to the fluctuation of output voltage, and there is a certain time voltage drop of 0.3V when the module works.Above, generally not more than 0.7V, this time is very short, accounting for about 2% of the whole working time.About 100S, that is to say, the pressure drop will be greater than 0.3V for about 2S, but everyThe time when the secondary pressure drop is too large is within 40 ms.
2. The working current is less than 10ma and sensitive to voltage fluctuation (waves with a voltage of about 0.4V cannot be acceptedDynamic, although the measured value is 0.3V), there will be a small current flowing through the backflow prevention, that is to say, when you connect the output port to the input power supply, the voltage can be measured at the input port of the module, but the voltage can be lowered by most load devices with the current of ~110uA.
3. It is not suitable for devices with small current such as single chip microcomputer. It can't replace the freewheeling diode in switching power supply, but it can be used to prevent backflow.
Packaging Includes: 1PC Ideal Diode Module
Tips:
1.Due to the light and monitors effect, colors may have lightly difference.
2.Please allow slightly size errors due to manual measurement. Thank you for your understanding!
