〇How to care for your shears to make them last longer: 1. Wipe away dirt from the blade after use. Sap and fruit that adhere can become difficult to remove if allowed to harden, but they can be easily wiped away with a well-wrung wet cloth immediately after finishing use. 2. Wipe away moisture thoroughly. 3. Apply a thin coat of oil to the entire tool and store it in a cool, dark, and dry place. We recommend using sewing machine oil or commercially available rust-preventive oil (such as CRC556). 4. Occasionally apply oil to the riveted part. Apply the above oil to the riveted part and move it several times. The lubricant will penetrate inside, making the movement smoother. If dirt has entered the inside, apply a generous amount of oil and move it several times. The dirt will float to the surface with the oil, so wipe it away with a tissue.
