How do I know what strength is right for me? We get asked about the difficulty to purchase a lot. It’s very subjective. Approximately 90% of finger exercisers sold are 5 pounds or 7 pounds. Black 9 pounds is very hard. It varies greatly depending on how you use the finger exerciser. If you want to train finger strength, purchase a more difficult one to begin with. If you want to use it to improve control or stretch your fingers before practice or a gig, purchase a less difficult strength.
