What strength should I choose? We often receive the question of which strength to purchase. This is very subjective. Approximately 90% of our best-selling finger exercisers are 5 or 7 pounds. Black 9 pounds is very hard, depending on how you use the finger exerciser. If you want to build finger strength, purchase a more difficult one to start. If you want to improve control or use it to warm up your fingers before practice or performance, purchase a strength that isn’t so challenging.
