Soldering station : 60 W , temperature: 200 500 degrees C.
Up to 5 replaceable nozzles in the set!
Desoldering wick 2 mm thick; 1.5 m long.
10 g solder wire.
LCD display and easy operation.
Main parameters:
Brushless fan: ensures longer life and stable operation with gentle airflow.
Temperature calibration possible.
Automatic sleep function (below 80C) increases operational safety and extends the life of the device while saving energy.
5 air nozzles enable precise direction of the hot air flow.
Desoldering wick and solder wire included.
High-quality tools from the proven HUMBERG brand.
Heat gun accessories:
Hot air iron
Equipped with a position sensor, which can automatically regulate or turn off the blowing depending on the position of the iron
This is the main element of the hot air blowing system in the soldering station.
Nozzles of various diameters, that can be placed on the iron. These nozzles are used to direct the airflow precisely.
Internal heater: hot air flows through the heater and is then directed through the nozzles onto the components being soldered.
Multi-pin connector for connecting the iron: supplies power to the iron and controls the airflow and temperature.
Soldering iron accessories:
Soldering iron:
For precise soldering. At the end of the iron is a tip that is heated to a high temperature.
The tip has a conical shape, which allows for precise work with small components such as SMD components.
Soldering iron holder: a safe place to set down your hot iron when not in use.
Tip cleaning sponge:
The sponge located in the base of the stand is used to clean the soldering tip of excess tin and dirt that may accumulate during work.
The station has two operating modes: soldering iron and hot air.
Each of these modes has a different purpose, and combining them in one device makes the station universal.
Soldering iron and hot air gun - one device.
Soldering iron mode:
Temperature: 200-500 C
Maximum power: 60 W
Heat gun mode:
Temperature: 100-500 C
Maximum power: 700 W
Hot air mode:
Advantages:
Precise temperature and airflow control: Temperature adjustment from 100 to 500C and variable airflow intensity.
Even heating: Hot air heats the entire surface of components, allowing for easy removal without the risk of mechanical damage.
Intended use:
Desoldering SMD components.
BGA reballing.
Heating heat-shrink foils and thermosetting adhesives.
Integrated circuit repair.
Soldering Mode:
Advantages:
Precision soldering: The soldering iron provides controlled heat when mounting components on a PCB.
When you need a lower temperature than hot air: without the risk of damaging other components nearby.
Intended use:
Working with cables and connectors.
Soldering through-hole components (THT).
Small SMD components.
Hot air iron holder (hot air station):
Operating mode indicators (Rework/Solder):
Rework: Indicates that hot air mode is currently active.
Solder: Indicates that soldering iron mode, i.e. classic soldering with a tip, is active.
Temperature control buttons:
UP (up): Allows you to increase the set temperature.
DOWN: Allows you to decrease the set temperature.
SET: Used to confirm the selected temperature or switch between operating modes.
Connector for connecting the hot air iron and soldering iron.
Air flow adjustment (Air):
Soldering iron mode switch and hot air mode switch.
Easy to use - a convenient handle for placing the iron aside and a clear LCD screen - all for greater work comfort!
