Tips for Using a Simple Cart in Construction:
A simple cart can draw straight lines without needing to trace or any special skills:
Use an angle iron (or any long, straight object), keeping one side of the wheel against the angle iron to guide it without the need to trace a line or have special skills.
Other Methods:
Place a few bricks on the cart to increase its weight, making it more stable while in motion.
First, trace a reference line on the ground (see instructions below for tracing the reference line). Align the front arrowhead of the cart with the traced reference line and push slowly do not push too quickly, as that may cause it to veer off. It s best to hold the switch with one hand while guiding the cart with the other to control its direction.
After you receive the cart, you can first test it by pushing it empty with bricks loaded to see if it s manageable before starting actual work. Many customers practice first before proceeding with construction.
Methods for Tracing Reference Lines:
There are three methods for tracing lines:
Take a long rope and tie a brick to each end. Place it on the ground, and push the cart with the arrowhead aligned with the rope (the arrowhead of the cart is on the side, so there s no need to worry about spraying the line on the rope).
Use a chalk line to snap a line. Soak the string with chalk and secure two points to snap a reference line in the middle.
Use a powdered chalk line marker by pouring chalk powder inside, shaking it, and pulling a line between two fixed points to snap a reference line.
Method for Spraying Arrows:
The handle can be removed to use the sprayer like a long sprayer. Aim it at the template to spray arrows, numbers, and letters; an arrowhead template can be made from cardboard.Weight: Approx. 4402.00g 155.28oz.

Note:
1. When spraying wide lines, push slowly to ensure more even coverage. When spraying narrow lines, push slightly faster to prevent paint overflow, which may result in thick edges and a thin middle. For lines wider than 10 cm, spray twice to avoid uneven coverage. Applying a slightly thicker coat will improve both coverage and abrasion resistance.
2. Shake the paint thoroughly, shaking it up and down 15 20 times before pouring it into the line marking machine.
3. If the construction environment temperature is below 10 degrees C, or within 20 degrees C in winter, and the sprayed lines have rough edges, soak the paint in hot water at around 50 60 degrees C for a while before use. This will result in more even and aesthetically pleasing lines.
