How to Use Shampoo your hair and rinse thoroughly. Remove excess water with a towel. Apply an appropriate amount evenly from the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair. Leave on for 3–5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times a week or as needed for damaged hair care.
