Featuring a newly developed high-quality ring driver, these open-style earphones allow you to listen to music while naturally hearing ambient sounds. Since they do not block the ear canal, they are less likely to cause stuffiness and are gentle on the ears. The dedicated 12mm ring-shaped driver and processor deliver high sound quality. These are Sony's smallest and lightest wireless earphones, half the size of the WF-1000XM4, with an overwhelming weight reduction to 4.1 grams per side. The open design makes long-term wear comfortable and less tiring. They offer high-quality call performance utilizing AI technology, with algorithms designed to pick up only the caller's voice for clear conversations. The earphones feature intuitive smart controls: adjusting volume, play/pause, and skipping tracks can be done by tapping around the ear area, not just on the device itself. Basic features include 5.5 hours of playback on a single charge, with the charging case providing an additional 12 hours. Rapid charging allows 10 minutes of charging for 90 minutes of playback. They are IPX4 water-resistant. Accessories include a charging stand.
