The LINE 8-Channel Wired Underfloor Heating Controller is a modern, wired solution designed for managing water heating systems in residential and commercial buildings. Supporting up to 8 independent heating zones, the device allows for precise temperature adjustment in each room, ensuring thermal comfort exactly where needed. The device is designed for stability, reliability, and maximum compatibility with popular heating systems. It can work with gas boilers, circulation pumps, zone valves, mixing devices, and external timers. This combination allows for the creation of comprehensive and flexible heating systems that intelligently respond to current user needs. How the LINE Underfloor Heating Control System Works: The LINE controller acts as a central intermediary between room thermostats and actuators mounted on the underfloor heating manifold. Each zone can be controlled independently, allowing for different temperatures to be maintained in different parts of the building – for example, warmer in the bathroom and cooler in the bedroom. The controller itself does not connect to the app. The temperature is controlled using thermostats, which must be wired to the controller. A key advantage of the controller is the ability to connect both WiFi and Zigbee thermostats. After receiving a signal from the thermostat, the controller activates the appropriate channel, activating the thermoelectric actuator and, if necessary, the circulation pump or boiler. This ensures that heat is only supplied when actually needed, significantly increasing energy efficiency and extending the life of the entire system. Built-in LED indicators provide information on the current operating status of individual zones, facilitating diagnostics and ongoing monitoring of the system's operation. Advantages of the LINE wired underfloor heating controller: Support for up to 8 independent heating zones – full temperature control in each room, with the ability to install 10 actuators per zone (bridged wiring required before the controller). Integration with the main heat source – simultaneous control of the pump and boiler. Precise temperature maintenance – stable thermal comfort without fluctuations or overheating. Lower energy consumption – automatic adjustment of system operation to actual demand. Universal compatibility – compatibility with most available thermostats and heating devices. LED indicators – quick visual information on zone status. Simple installation – clear layout of connectors and markings facilitates installation by an electrician or central heating installer. Robust construction – reliability and long-term operation in all conditions. Efficiency and savings. Using the controller in the system also allows for optimizing the operating cycles of the circulation pump and boiler, thanks to dedicated channels. This translates into longer lifespan of these components and greater comfort of use for the system, combining modernity, convenience, and reliability. Thanks to its well-thought-out operating logic, the LINE controller significantly reduces energy consumption because heating is activated only when a specific zone requires it. This avoids unnecessary heating of empty rooms, which translates into lower heating bills and reduced load on the heat source. Thermoelectric actuators are available as separate products, making it easy to expand your installation with additional circuits. The devices will be activated automatically when any of the controller channels is turned on. To protect the pump, this is done with a 180-second delay. Of course, when no rooms require heating, the furnace and pump will be turned off. If the furnace is located far from the underfloor heating controller, an additional voltage-free furnace controller can be used. This controller can also be used to control the furnace depending on signals from two or more heating controllers, for example, located on separate floors of a building. In this case, by creating a scene in the Tuya app, if the temperature in any room drops below a set value, the controller will send a signal to start the furnace. A signal to turn off the furnace will be sent when the set temperature is reached in each room. Advanced features, multiple connection options, and extensive scene creation capabilities make the LINE underfloor heating controller the ideal solution for managing heating in apartments and multi-story buildings. Control your heating from anywhere in the world. Planning a vacation? Got an unexpected trip? With the LINE underfloor heating controller, you can effectively control your heating both from far away and from the comfort of your couch. Save money with an underfloor heating controller. Heating costs are an integral part of any household budget, and with the current price increases for coal, gas, and electricity, they are becoming an increasingly large part of it. Heating costs can be reduced, for example, through intelligent temperature control based on room function or time of day. Thanks to the underfloor heating controller, you can set a lower temperature, for example, in the hallway, where you spend less time, than in the living room or bedroom while sleeping. Lowering the temperature in your home while your family is at work or school can also yield significant savings. Experts calculate that lowering the temperature in a heated room by just 1°C saves 5-6% of your total heating costs. It's worth noting that this temperature difference is practically imperceptible, so it doesn't impact your thermal comfort.
