The metal buckle is attached with a clip. You can easily detach it and shorten the strap yourself if it is too long. It's very simple and you'll definitely be able to do it!
1. pry the buckle open;
2. pull the strap out of the clip;
3. shorten the strap with scissors or an upholstery knife by the desired length;
4. replace the buckle and tighten the clasp.
You don't have to worry about the strap losing its appearance. The trimmed end will be hidden under the buckle mounting and remain invisible.
Note - the pictorial instructions for shortening the strap were made using a sample, automatic Betlewski® strap, so the buckle shape and color in the photos with the instructions may differ slightly from the one you selected.
However, the method for shortening the belt remains the same - you can do it without any problem!
