Remember!!! You are buying a unique item. No two copies are the same. Bewood Unique Case.Wood & Resin. One of a kind - a few words about the production process. The isolated fragment of burl (more information about it in the text below) is placed in a special container, then poured with colored resin. The colors are combined before or after pouring - depending on the effect you want to achieve. The liquid gets into all the crevices of the burl, finally creating patterns - unique, sometimes mysterious and evoking a variety of associations. The resulting form should be properly cared for to, at least, eliminate the risk of air bubbles. After some time, when the resin hardens and the entire form has achieved its final, compact and hardened structure, you can proceed to the next stage: machine wood processing and laser cutting. Next, a layer of ecological oil is applied to the carefully sanded surface of the resin-infused wood. After a few hours, the wood absorbs most of the oil, and any excess is removed with a cloth. The final step is polishing – gently polishing to achieve an elegant, satin finish. Each case is produced individually. This guarantees the complete uniqueness of the product. Discarded, unnecessary pieces of wood - a second life.Creating a case that combines resin and wood requires carefully prepared pieces of wood. All Unique designs are a synthesis of chance, invention, and, above all, nature, specifically wood in the form of burls, which are actually unwanted swellings of the tree trunk. Items with such deformations are immediately rejected in the furniture industry or musical instrument production. What is bad for the industry and not necessarily good for the tree itself turns out to be an extremely interesting raw material for further processing when creating unique phone cases. Burl wood immediately attracts attention with its richness of shapes and unique structure. Unique (Unicatowy) - according to the Polish language dictionary, it is an object: exceptional, special, rare, one of a kind, extraordinary, extraordinary, unique. These are the cases from the Unique series - nothing more, nothing less.
