Directions for use

Consume 500 ml of SiS Hydro 3-4 hours before the event and another 250-500 ml a few hours before it starts. During shorter exercises, when carbohydrate consumption is not necessary, consume 500 ml of SiS Hydro per hour.

After preparation, consume within 24 hours. Do not consume more than 4 tablets per day.
