Bilovit Cardamom Essential Oil 10 ml
Cardamom essential oil is obtained from the seeds of the Elettaria cardamomum plant by steam distillation. Although cardamom is most often known as an aromatic spice, it has many therapeutic properties that can be successfully used daily – for health, appearance, and well-being. This has long been known – in ancient Greece, it was synonymous with luxury, in Arabic medicine, it was considered an aphrodisiac, and in China, it remains an important medicinal product.
Cardamom Oil - Properties
Cardamom essential oil supports the respiratory system, supports the body during infections, reduces headaches and nausea. Known for its antimicrobial properties, it perfectly purifies the air and disinfects minor wounds. It can be successfully used as a natural and effective surface cleaner. It is also worth considering the oil in cosmetics – it has a wonderful effect on the skin. It tones and minimizes pores, improves the complexion, and reduces imperfections. The extract cleanses the scalp and improves the condition of hair – provided it's used regularly.
Cardamom essential oil has a spicy-herbal, extremely refreshing, yet slightly sweet aroma. It reduces anxiety, combats fatigue and stress, energizes and refreshes the mind. Used in a bath, it soothes inflammation and dry skin, and during massage, it relaxes sore muscles and improves skin elasticity.
The product has a warming effect, promotes proper blood circulation, and reduces swelling. The scent of cardamom essential oil, although cool, is also sensual and considered an aphrodisiac.
