[Black Mist Filter Renewed with Water- and Oil-Repellent Coating & Slim Frame] Like a scene from a movie. The Kenko Black Mist soft filter, which creates a cinematic atmosphere, has been renewed with a water- and oil-repellent coating and a slim frame design, while maintaining its filtering effect. It is now even more convenient. [A filter that diffuses light to create a dramatic impression] "Black Mist" is a soft filter that sandwiches extremely fine black diffusing material between optical glass. It reduces the contrast between highlights and shadows, resulting in a soft depiction and a unique blurring of light sources. [The most powerful "No. 1"] "Black Mist No. 1" is the most powerful type in Kenko's Black Mist series. It is effective in compositions where the diffusion of light itself is the main subject, or in situations where there is only one light source. [Thinner frame & water/oil-repellent coating for improved convenience] The thinner frame design reduces vignetting with wide-angle lenses, and the addition of a water/oil-repellent coating on the filter surface repels water and dirt, improving convenience during use. [Notes on Use] *The effect may vary depending on the type of light source and other shooting conditions. The exposure multiplier is 1/3 stop, but depending on the actual shooting situation, it may not affect the exposure.
