ENGINE SHIPS WITHOUT LUBRICANT. Take a moment to fill the engine with SAE 10W30 lubricant up to the upper mark on the dipstick. DO NOT OVERFILL. Check the oil level and read the instruction manual before proceeding.

Wheels act as brakes to maintain controlled cultivator speed only when the engine is off.

TO START:
1. Place the drive control lever in neutral position.
2. Lower the drag bar so that the tines do not contact the ground.
3. Check wheel position and wheel lock engagement.
4. Push the choke lever to the choke position.
5. Set the throttle control lever to the fast position.
6. Pull the starter cord.
Keep children and bystanders away while operating the machine. Do not allow children to play with the machine. This is not a toy. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment before operating the machine.
