GronG Stretching Slim Medium 98cm Supervised by Trainer Navy Pole, Type, 12.5cm Diameter, Length, Maeda,

This is the "Stretch Pole Slim Medium Type," supervised by Maeda, a conditioning expert and GronG's exclusive trainer (NASM-PES/certified acupuncturist). It is recommended for people with stiff bodies, those who have posture problems, and those suffering from joint pain or discomfort. [12.5cm diameter for stable design] The increased contact area with the body makes movement more stable, making it ideal for people with stiff joints and muscles, petite individuals, and women. Compared to our previous model (15cm diameter), the stress on the joints has been reduced by 12%, resulting in a design that allows for easier and more comfortable movement. [Designed with a length of 98cm to support the back of the head, thoracic spine, and sacrum] Through repeated analysis and verification based on statistical data on the Japanese physique, we designed this length to firmly support the back of the head, thoracic spine, and sacrum when lying on your back. [Hardness setting that supports the curve of the spine (hardness 35)] By being moderately harder than our conventional product (hardness 25), it distributes the pressure on the contact surface of the body and reduces the load on specific areas. [Includes expert instructional video] The enclosed instruction manual contains a code to access a video explaining how to use this product effectively.
