Product Metrics Raw Material for the cosmetic industry : Chrono Chardy Patented grape extract obtained in glycerin. INCL : 1,2,3-Propanetriol, Water, Grape ext. CAS 56-81-5, 7732-18-5, 85594-37-2 EC No. 200-289-5, 231-791-2, 287-896-9 Active ingredient that affects the expression of genes that influence the human circadian cycle. Regulates skin activity (day protection, night regeneration) improves its condition. Normalizes keratinization, improves barrier functions, and moisturizes. Less scientific version ;) : CHRONO CHARDY reduces the formation of wrinkles and increases the skin's protective barrier, moisturizes, and brightens. A well-regulated skin biological clock ensures adequate hydration during the day, and at night it activates protective functions and, most importantly, triggers/intensifies collagen production. A busy lifestyle, mental stress, aging, UV rays, light pollution, and an irregular lifestyle all lead to a disruption of the biological clock. Ichimaru Pharcos has developed a new natural raw material, CHRONO CHARDY, made from Chardonnay grape extract, which stabilizes the biological clock, or at least the part of it responsible for the skin. CHRONO CHARDY enhances the activity of Period genes, promoting hydration during the day, and BMAL1 improves skin barrier function at night by increasing ceramide transport. Furthermore, CHRONO CHARDY has been shown to induce collagen-producing COL1A1 mRNA in dermal fibroblasts at night and reduce wrinkle formation, as confirmed in clinical trials. Use in cosmetics. Recommended concentration: 0.5-2%, in cosmetics for mature skin such as cream, serum, balm. The simplest formula tested in our company is 2-5 g of preparation per 50 g of cream base, especially this upper limit exceeds the recommended concentration, but no side effects were found.
