Thanks to its unique composition, and above all, its very high content of natural vitamin E (149.40 mg per 100 g of oil), it firms and tightens the skin, reducing visible wrinkles. Natural vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant, so the oil also protects the skin from the harmful effects of free radicals. In addition to vitamin E, the oil also contains ceramides, lecithin, and unsaturated fatty acids. Ceramides delay the natural aging process of the skin, while lecithin and fatty acids maintain the skin's current condition and proper hydration. The oil has anti-inflammatory, anti-swelling, and soothing properties (although the latter are not as strong as those of, for example, andiroba oil). Applied to hair - reduces hair loss by nourishing hair follicles and stimulating microcirculation in the skin. Use. Recommended concentration in cosmetic formulas 5-95%. Wheat germ oil is a "heavy" oil (very fatty), and given its rich composition, it can be safely mixed with other "lighter" oils (sweet almond, jojoba, or olive squalane) so that it does not leave a greasy feeling on the skin and is absorbed faster. Used as a base for a hair "mask", it requires washing off with a gentle shampoo after approximately 40 minutes of application.
