Product Description:
1. RP L resistive pressure sensor is a flexible film sensor whose resistance value decreases with the increase of the pressure on the sensing area. A single sensing area sensor is equivalent to a dual port variable resistor whose resistance value is controlled by the pressure, which is also equivalent to a switch with a certain threshold value. The valve value is determined jointly by the pressure and equipment parameter settings.
2. RP L flexible film pressure sensor is made of polyester film with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. The top layer is a flexible film and a pressure sensitive layer compounded on it. The bottom layer is a flexible film and a conductive line compounded on it. Both are bonded and isolated by double sided adhesive tape. When the sensing area is under pressure, the lines disconnected at the bottom layer will be connected through the pressure sensitive layer at the top layer. The output value of the port resistance changes with the pressure.
