・【Results of a New Sound Quality Evaluation Method】 The development of the A series began with analyzing the relationship between sound quality and physical characteristics, and establishing a new evaluation method, which culminated in the flagship earphones A8000. We listen to music recorded at various qualities and at various volumes. However, conventional evaluation methods generally involve subjective assessments under fixed conditions such as sound pressure, making it difficult to determine good sound that reflects actual product listening experiences. The A6000 adopts a new evaluation method aligned with actual music listening scenarios and utilizes this in the sound design process. ・【Equipped with Proprietary Driver Unit “f-Core DU”】 We designed and developed a completely new 6mmφ dynamic driver unit, “f-Core DU” (Eff-Core DU), by designing not only the driver components such as the diaphragm, voice coil, magnet, magnetic circuit, and adhesives, but also the production equipment in-house. The material for the driver front housing uses brass, which is less susceptible to magnetic influence and has a higher specific gravity than common aluminum. To enhance the transient response of the diaphragm, a 30μ ultra-fine CCAW is used for the voice coil, and the movable parts are thoroughly lightened by assembling with a minimal amount of adhesive. Furthermore, the diaphragm is carefully pressed in small lots of approximately 1/3 of the usual quantity, minimizing pressure unevenness and achieving uniform diaphragm formation without distortion. ・【Unique Housing with Newly Developed “Stainless Steel Mount Frame”] The flagship model A8000 was directly fixed to a stainless steel housing to maximize driver performance. The A6000 features a newly developed stainless steel mount frame to hold the “f-Core DU.” This achieves a comfortable fit with a lightweight resin housing while simultaneously increasing the rigidity of the housing with an internal metal frame, firmly supporting the driver. This results in sound granularity that is extremely fine, and a sound quality where the outline of each individual note is clearly felt. ・【“Hard Grain Processing” Combining Texture and Functionality】 The surface of the resin housing is finished with our unique “hard grain processing.” “Grain” means “particles,” and this special processing gives the surface of the housing subtle shading, increasing rigidity while preventing scratches and fingerprints. ・【Newly Designed 2PIN Soft Single-Crystal Copper Cable】 We have newly developed a highly flexible 2PIN cable using single-crystal copper with excellent conductivity. This achieves a sound that combines high resolution and a soft texture. ・【Ear Pieces for Optimal Fit】 To maximize the sound quality of this product, we include “TYPE E Completely Wireless Dedicated Specification” ear pieces with a wider opening. Two types of silicone material with different hardnesses are used for the sound guide section and the section that touches the ear. The sound guide section is made of a harder silicone with grooves to provide both strength and flexibility compared to the section that touches the ear. Five sizes (SS/S/M/L/LL) are included, allowing you to choose the size that best suits your preference. ・【Silicone Carry Case】 A silicone carry case is included for conveniently storing the cable by wrapping it up. The earphone body is softly fixed with a thin, dome-shaped silicone lid.
