CB JAPAN Peeler, Vertical/Horizontal, Adjustable orientation to match food shape, Stainless steel, S

Vegetables

"atomico Vertical/Horizontal Peeler for Easy Peeling" allows you to change the blade orientation to suit the shape of the vegetable, whether it is knobby or long. [Vertical orientation] makes it easy to peel fruits and similar items, much like using a kitchen knife. [Horizontal orientation] makes it easy to peel a wide variety of ingredients, including round or long vegetables. *You can change the blade orientation by pressing and turning the knob. Features a "serrated blade" that firmly catches the skin. Whether you are shaving burdock root (sasagaki) or peeling daikon radish (katsuramuki), the "serrated blade" firmly grips even difficult-to-peel or soft skins, allowing for smooth peeling. Includes a "potato eye remover" that allows you to easily remove eyes from potatoes and other vegetables by inserting the tip into the ingredient. *Please use caution when peeling small ingredients. After use, remove any dirt, drain well, and dry thoroughly before storing. *Do not soak, as this may cause rust. *Not dishwasher or dish dryer safe.
