How to Use : Dispense 2-3 pumps. For the upper body, gently massage towards the underarms. For the lower body, gently massage towards the groin. - Warm your body with steam or a steam towel for best effects. - Before bed, gently massage under ears, back of neck, and shoulders for better sleep. - Mix a small amount into water before baths.
