Melatonin-SR™, 5 mg, 30 Vegicaps

Sleep Support 7-Hour Sustained Release Gradual Release Into The Bloodstream Helps You Fall Asleep Quickly Helps You Stay Asleep Until Dawn Dietary Supplement Vegan Gluten-Free Non GMO GMP This Product is Suitable for Vegetarians People who experience occasional sleeplessness generally fall into three camps: those who have trouble falling asleep, those who have difficulty sleeping through the night, and those who wake earlier than desired. Multiple human studies have shown that melatonin - a hormone that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle - can reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. However, because regular melatonin leaves the system within four hours, it does not help those who wake during the night or early in the morning. Melatonin-SR™ is the answer! It features MicroActive® Melatonin, which is made with a special sustained release matrix that releases melatonin slowly over 7 hours, helping you fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.
