Instructions for Use
Test Run: After installation, run the machine for two hours before use. The factory default temperature is 37.8℃; no adjustment is needed for incubating eggs. A fluctuation of 0.1-0.3℃ above or below the set temperature is acceptable. Once the temperature has stabilized, you may place the eggs inside.
Egg Selection: Before incubation, select fresh eggs that are 3-7 days old. Choose eggs with thin shells, moderate size, clean surfaces free of cracks, and a rounded shape.
Incubation Process
(Using chicken eggs as an example; for reference only)
1. Disconnect the power supply, open the insulation blanket, and place the eggs inside.
2. Manually turn the eggs 3-4 times daily. Disconnect the power before turning the eggs and reconnect it after turning. Turn the eggs 180 degrees. Do not turn the eggs at night; simply cover them with the insulation blanket.
3. Reconnect the power. Monitor the temperature throughout the incubation process; do not open the insulation blanket unless necessary.
4. Candling: Candling can be performed on the evening of the 7th day of incubation. Turn on the candling lamp and place the eggs directly above it. Eggs with visible blood vessels are fertilized; those that appear completely transparent are unfertilized. Promptly remove defective eggs such as unfertilized, weakly fertilized, or dead eggs to prevent spoiled eggs from affecting the development of others.
5. Spraying and Airing: Disconnect the power supply. Stop turning the eggs during the final 3 days of incubation. Spray the eggs with lukewarm water (around 40℃) 2 to 6 times daily. Spray until fine droplets form on the eggs. Avoid spraying near the eggs opening, and adjust the frequency based on progress. After spraying, cover the eggs with the insulation blanket and resume incubation. Do not disconnect the power for extended periods during the incubation period unless necessary; only disconnect the power after incubation is complete.
