Installation must be carried out only by qualified professionals. Additionally, installation aids including posts, flange brackets, hooks, and concrete are required for gabion assembly but are not included in the delivery. At minimum, the following knowledge and skills are required for gabion construction: safe handling of tools, machinery, ladders, and scaffolding; knowledge of occupational and operational safety, including precautionary measures against accidents and hazards; experience in transporting and handling heavy, bulky structural components; familiarity with local building codes.
