Kenko Lens Filter Black Mist No.1 72mm for Soft Focusing 717288

Kenko

This "Black Mist" filter, originally used in television and film, has been adapted for photography.

This filter incorporates extremely fine black diffusing material within the optical glass, weakening the contrast between highlights and shadows through light diffraction, creating a natural soft effect.

Unlike other soft filters that can make the image appear washed out, the Black Mist does not. Therefore, it is suitable for shooting against a black background or in dark environments.

<Exposure Multiplier> Approximately 1.25x (approximately 1/3 stop) *The soft effect of soft filters increases with longer focal lengths.

Filter Diameter: 72mm
